Guidelines for Contributors

Demokratizatsiya is an international journal which covers the historical and current transformations in the Soviet Union and in its successor states. The journal covers politics, government, political economics, social issues, legal systems, international relations, human rights and other topics, as well as the history of Soviet totalitarianism and its transformation in the perestroika period. The journal welcomes submissions by recognized and emerging academics, journalists, practitioners and other specialists.

Submissions: The editors will consider for publication manuscripts, book reviews, and letters to the editor. Please email all manuscripts to the managing editor at dem@heldref.org
